By registering as an affiliate with Investiție Dubai, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. This is a legal agreement between you and the website owner.

To become an affiliate, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration details.
• Maintain only one affiliate account per person.

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link. You may share this link via social media, blogs, or other approved platforms. When users click your link and make a purchase, it will be tracked via cookies (duration: 30 days).

4. Commission & Payouts

• Standard commission: 6% per completed sale (before taxes and fees).
• Minimum payout threshold: $20.
• Payouts will be processed monthly via the selected payment method.
• No commission is earned on refunded or canceled orders.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use your affiliate link for fraudulent purchases.
• Engage in spam or misleading promotion.
• Pretend to be part of our company or misrepresent our services.

Violation may result in account termination and loss of earnings.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or unethical behavior.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program means you accept any changes.
